A rare weekday beer for me, but the Jerkman gave me this one tonight. It’s quite interesting.
 
Sour Ale brewed with Mountain Dew blue raspberry. It’s pretty sweet but refreshing.

Tried it when it was apparently not cold enough. Initial thoughts were ewww. Then decided to put it back in the fridge for another two hours and finished it and it was absolutely superb! The fruit and sour flavors started to come through it was really quite interesting indeed! Two thumbs up!

For today's first tasting we have a delicious PATHS I from Hudson Valley Brewery. A delicious very sour farmhouse ale. Think I may want to try and age some of these see how they grow their funkiness20200818_203518.jpg
