growalot
An absolutely beautiful day! I took a walk around the property.. not many tracks, though 7 beds and tracks 60 yards from one blind...the snow hangs on all the branches and ice on all the trunks. The most beautiful shade of blue I think I've ever seen the sky produce peeks from behind the tangle of white covered branches. The ice glittering in the bright sun...Yes indeed...makes life's irritations melt away. Edited February 18, 2016 by growalot

ncountry
So, I did the next best thing , took a few pics as I was driving.. The pictures do not do justice to the scenes.. Looked like a crystal wonderland.. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
Lawdwaz
I couldn't agree more. It was a beautiful day..............I had a 10am estimate on the west side of downtown Lockport and the homeowner and I just stood there for a few minutes, just marveling at the beauty of the day. Yup, even in downtown Lockport.
The_Real_TCIII
What were you estimating?
Doc
I am so irritated that I didn't take a few minutes to get out with the camera. Driving to town and back, I saw some real wildly beautiful potential pictures and just too busy to think to grab the camera. Some great shots gone that I will probably never get to see again. Thank you to those that did take the time to take and post those great pictures.
Lawdwaz
What were you estimating? A new construction replacement window. The homeowners are an older couple (married since 1960) and she is of shorter stature so opening the old Twin double hung window over the kitchen sink is getting to be very difficult. They are interested in replacing it with a twin casement.
genesee_mohican
I sure was a beautiful day. I got out of work early and took a snow shoe hike through the pines. Calm air and the sun shining on all the snow covered trees was something to see.
