This year i had my heart set on getting some trail cam photos of some red heads strutting. After doing some TSI and hinge cutting early march i threw up a camera where i figured the birds might start scratching... heres a few from the card pull

Nice . I saw 8 Toms displaying with about 50 other birds around them yesterday.

Ive actually seen quite a few birds around in my travels this year already. The couple times ive been in the woods this early spring I have heard and seen them every time. Cant wait.

I just drove to my accountants house, in one half mile stretch here in Webster I saw at least 40 birds . Not much of a turkey Hunter but I May even go a time or two this year.

Who knows may find a shed .

Thanks, I have only been in the woods 2 or 3 times all winter/spring. i was lucky enough to hear a couple of gobbles, the first week of march. Was hoping to get out this week, but ill wait until the snow melts some now.. I have 2 cams out. and looking to put another one or 2 out for some turkey action. Might set one over a dust bowl when things dry out
