Lawdwaz
I bet that title had you pondering, WTH is he doing now? After a little 1/2 bath remodeling work (don't ask as you've already heard about my handy work) that still isn't complete and Easter dinner here for 12, things needed wiping down. Usually I'll vacuum off the taxidermy mounts then wipe them with a damp cloth but my time allotment for that work was chewed up by a visit with a new barber......sooooo, I grabbed a damp cloth and just wiped down the horns, antlers, eye balls hair and feathers. They look so much better with the cob webs off them and dust off their eyes! Amazing how dusty they can get!!
Dinsdale
I like hunting them, and I like looking at them up on the wall..... Can't say I like cleaning them, and they are dust magnets.

grampy
Baby wipes make it quick and easy for cleaning mounts. My taxidermy guy gave me that tip years ago.

landtracdeerhunter
I like to use a very soft brush to get the coarse. Then I'll take baby wipes to fine clean. Then they get a light coat of Armor All on the hide;protect, make'em shine, slick as a whistle.
