Trying to book something in advance so we don't end up eating out of bags with a big "M" on them again this year. (Not that I don't enjoy that BUT...) Nice lodge like setting , the animal safari like ride a must do. We fed elk, ostrich, zebras, water buffalo etc out of your hand. My buddy (the chef)and I are always sending pics of stuff we are cooking. With his access to wild game and the kitchen there I never win the "food battle" via text war.
