turkeyfeathers
Core, I have a big piece of that camo cloth I thought about using to blend it in actually maybe this week. We sit in blind with turkey strut chairs that keep us low profile. Comfy as all heck
loworange88
a friend of mine and I once made a blind using some of that camo burlap material, we wrapped it around a fallen tree, and 2 others that were really close. Then all we had to do was carry in a small seat when we wanted to hunt it. Super cheap.
ApexerER
I put a bike lock around my tree stand. I know this doesn't do a whole lot other than keep honest people honest. I had made a cable and put a lock on my trail camera last year. The lock and cable was busted off and my SD card was taken but they left the camera. I am sure it was someone trespassing and didn't want me to have their picture but if you are that big of a scumbag, why not just steal the whole camera. I can't think of any good way to secure a ground blind but I really like a lot of the idea's people have come up with like the fabric and natural blinds. I may use some of those idea's in the future....
turkeyfeathers
Ground blinds are easy. All the materials are right there on the ground floor. All you need is a bow saw and some twine. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Salmon_Run
Sadly, unless you are sitting in it, it may disappear. I built natural ground blinds and that works.

DirtTime
It's too bad people have to steal and or trash other peoples property. Private land I hunt I have a few blinds I made from moving some small logs around in from of where I hope they will show, and a good size tree at my back. A couple are high enough for bow hunting, but most are not high enough to hide my draw. Right now for public land I have a strip of camo burlap I will fix to some small trees or brush for the bow season on public land. Usually even finding a tree with some small brush on one side can be an alternative a well. I have a feeling this year we will find out if the pop-up blinds work for same day use or not. My g/f wants to get one for gun season, and we will be mainly hunting public land and I am not leaving it in the woods.
Jdubs
I made a natural ground blind with a wrap of the Hunters Specialities blind material, paracord, some bicycle inner tube (to silence my shooting rails) and whatever was on the ground. If someone wants to steal it, then I'm out about $20 and an hours worth of work. In lieu of ladder stands, I decided to make the investment in a LW Alpha and climbing sticks so I can stay mobile and not have to worry about lowlife theives.
