Core
This is too long to read for me, so I only read the first 9 paragraphs. Rush is nuts, but he nails it cold on this. We are regressing. Race relations are the worst they have been this century according to Gallup and as he points out now when there is a shooting, facts be damned, there is rioting. If you dare go to drudge right now there are some absolutely disgusting videos on there right now. And what has hillary said about this stuff? If elected she'll introduce new policies to help curb it. Really, how does that long? Now when cops have guns pointed at them they need to run? Be specific please, Hillary, I want to know what the hell you plan on doing to fix this other than pandering and coddling. http://www.rushlimbaugh.com/daily/2016/09/21/in_the_second_term_of_the_first_black_president_rioting_is_the_new_normal
Rattler
Crutcher Allegedly Attempted to Reach Into the SUV As the video from the helicopter begins, Crutcher was "angling" toward his car while Shelby repeatedly commanded him to stop, Wood said. His hands were still in the air. "As a police officer, you have to wonder — why would someone ignore commands at gunpoint to get to a certain location?" Wood said. Crutcher's arms came down, and he turned to face the car, Wood said, and he reached into the driver's side window with his left hand. That's when Shelby fired one shot and a fellow officer, Tyler Turnbough, deployed a Taser, Wood said. Shelby believed that when Crutcher attempted to reach into the car, he was retrieving a weapon, Wood said. In her interview with homicide detectives, she said, "I was never so scared in my life as in that moment right then," according to Wood. Rattler
"Charlotte, North Carolina endured a second night of rioting after a crowd turned violent while protesting the police shooting of a black man on Tuesday. Rioting has become all too common when news of police shooting a black man hits the headlines. The interesting thing in Charlotte is that seemingly everyone involved in this current situation is black — from the officer who shot to the chief of police — and yet the excuse for justifying the rioting is still the same: "cops are racists." So how do so many people come to view those who commit crimes and resist police, or who riot and loot, as the victims, while declaring the villains to be those who pledge to enforce the law often at great personal risk? The answer lies in the fact that the Left has long peddled the narrative that law enforcement is inherently racist. Misleading statistics that depict a significant discrepancy in the percentage of whites versus blacks convicted of crime or in prison are provided as evidence to bolster the case that blacks are being unfairly targeted by law enforcement. The latest example of this was yesterday's Massachusetts Supreme Court ruling which concluded that black men have a legitimate reason to run from the police — fear of racism. The court cited a 2014 ACLU study that found 63% of those stopped by Boston's stop and frisk law were blacks, even though the black population in Boston sits at 24%. The charge was that the Boston police were "over policing" black neighborhoods. Boston Police Commissioner Bill Evans said that the ACLU study was "heavily tainted against the police department" and "didn't take into context who was stopped and why. That report clearly shows that we were targeting the individuals that were driving violence in the city and the hot spots." The court's ruling only serves to perpetuate the false narrative. The fact that blacks commit crimes at a higher rate is not due to the police. The idea that blaming the police for the poverty and high crime experienced within many poor, inner-city black neighborhoods is baseless. These rioters in Charlotte have been drinking the "cops are racists and I'm a victim" Kool-aid for their entire lives. Their race-hustling leaders have birthed a movement in Black Lives Matter that cares little for the truth and advocates outright racism as despicable as anything perpetrated by the KKK. Their message isn't reconciliation or responsibility or self-reliance but a message of victimhood, accusation and revenge. If the truth is not honestly confronted, preached and responded to, then this cycle of rioting and violence will only continue." Uptown Redneck
Perhaps now justice might be served as this murderer is criminally charged. Maybe Rattler would like to serve on her defense team? http://nyti.ms/2crG3RT
Rattler
Justice will be served when she is found not guilty of murder, or anything higher than involuntary manslaughter. Charges don't mean anything. In this case they are purely motivated by politics, as are you. Your name calling proves what a cop hater you are. Someday, when you call 911 and they show up to the scene, be sure to call them all that. I want them to know who you are. If someone is stupid enough to taunt police when they show up to do their job, refuses to comply with direct orders designed to keep everyone safe, then instigates their own demise, I have no sympathy for them, or anyone who thinks they were a victim of anything other than their own stupidity or insanity.
diplomat019
Donald Trump seems to think she messed up. "I must tell you, I watched the shooting in particular in Tulsa and that man was hands up, that man went to the car -- hands up -- put his hand on the car. To me, it looked like he did everything you're supposed to do," Trump said. "And he looked like a really good man -- and maybe I'm a little clouded because I saw his family talking about him after the fact ... but he looked like somebody who was doing what they were asking him to do." Rattler
Trump is wrong and making assumptions based on a video. The video doesn't tell the story because it's obscured when the man is shot. Trump's running for POTUS and wants the black vote. He's a politician. Still, he's better than Hillary even when he's wrong.

Maybe Rattler would like to serve on her defense team? http://nyti.ms/2crG3RT If I were a betting man I would say: acquittal. I haven't seen the other videos, but apparently other cops are basically saying the same thing. Here is what the jury is going to decide: Was the action of the cop reasonable for the circumstances? Maybe they were, maybe not. If the guy is ignoring commands, which he clearly was, and they find out he was high (he had pcp in the car), and he's reaching into his car it's fairly reasonable to think he's going for a weapon. It could also be that she is found guilty, but I wouldn't bet my life on it. I sure as heck don't always defend cops. I've seen plenty of vids that make me sick and I'm disheartened they are still employed when in fact they should be in prison. There are some vids online of plain, uninhibited murder. This is not such a video. Even with a conviction it's possible to say there were extenuating circumstances. He is a 2 term African American POTUS, that had a chance to champion for all minorities. I have several black friends who all voted for Obama and all have at one point or another talked about there disappointment in how he has done nothing to stop the racial wars and help unite the black community. One of them in particular was raised by his grandmother and he was telling me that the whole time he was with her she would constantly tell him to stay away from white people as they are evil. He said he was so scared when he moved out on his own just to be around anyone white. He said he learned in a short period that the hatred they have towards whites is just stupid and he wishes his people would learn to respect each other like the white community does. We all know there is good and bad in all races but I think he is spot on, with all the gangs and black on black crimes one has to wonder exactly how much respect a lot of them have for themselves. He is a great guy and the first thing he always says to me is Im the best friend ever lol. Edited September 23, 2016 by wdswtr

I believe that story because I've seen videos of some blacks saying the same kind of stupid crap whites have said--the kind of whites we now call skin heads. Example there was a BLM protester recently on film saying there were too many whites listening to her talk and that she didn't feel comfortable. Some people call it reverse racism, but it isn't. It is simply racism. We pander to this and placate it as the person just expressing their feelings of hurt and injustice. Except if a white person says this we call it racism, we tighten the screws down on it, and marginalize the person. There is a double standard, so that's why you end up with a black guy shot by a black cop who sees no stupidity in calling "all whites" devils. Rattler
The facts and the truth prove all of this anti-cop crap is a conspiracy by the left to install a national police force that will do the bidding of the socialist left. Americans better wake up. Even the idiots who support this crap will be sorry when it actually comes to pass. https://www.facebook.com/prageru/videos/1138473729528815/?hc_ref=PAGES_TIMELINE

There are only one type of person who hates LEO's that much. Oh, he will call the police if he needs them. And he will do exactly what they say when he gets pulled over. Because Uptown is a phony. Uptown is no different than the protestors. He doesn't care about solving a problem. He is much happier to perpetuate it.
