DirtTime
A few things the past couple weeks have been testing my last nerve in the hew home. This put the mud on the cake. Last nights rain did some damage over our kitchen bay window. $&%&%*(%& !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Core
Nothing can sour a day like that sort of thing. Good luck and hopefully it is a relatively easy fix.
growalot
Dang that's a mess...a big old tarp for the roof for right now. Tarps for the floor and a big ole trash can ..crowbar and a good hair drier...A spray bottle with bleach water...spray every thing that got wet up there. The last thing you want is blk mold to develope. Warm rising heat and moisture...it happens fast..bleach kills mold and mildew, not a bunch of bleach but more than a cap full hair drier to dry it up the best you can as fast as you can...or a good fan on high point to the ceiling...Good Luck! The_Real_TCIII
can you get your hands on a dehumidifier?
grampy
For now, clean and dry on the out side. Then use a couple cans of flex seal. That should keep the water out until the new roof in the spring. Grow's suggestion for mold prevention on the inside is a good start. Sorry Rob, never is it a good time for something like this. But around the holidays, makes it that much worse.
NFA-ADK
That sucks Rob, good luck with it! I have some pluming and roof issues I am trying to tackle, it is a pain in the neck that's for sure!
DirtTime
The park owner is going to repair it as it was an existing problem. At least, he said he would. Ig they aren't in here first thing Monday morning, looks like I will be getting a Lowe's card and doing it myself. I have a fan going on it, and once they get it pulled down I am ready with the bleach. It's not the roof, roof is fine. It's where the bay window connects to the side of the trailer. They had to take it out to move it up here from Florida, and when they put it back in they didn't seal it up right.
DirtTime
All better, I hope. Outside has new flashing and coated up twice with a sealant. Sprayed the inside with diluted bleach, new insulation, and new wanes coating. Three coats of paint.
