It is, but this is a chance for me to segue. If you google world's oldest trees you may be shocked and amazed. Like, thousands of years old stuff. pretty crazy!

Hipsters will buy these up and make cutting boards, then they can eat soy products cut on this 1000 year old tree for extra authenticity. Or "thousand year old smoked salmon", that special taste you can only get by smoking with thousand year old wood.
