I don't know if it's been posted before but it looks like a lot of fun!

It is still a pretty crude prototype, and not without problems, but you can see where a real R&D branch of any of the crossbow manufacturers could work this design over and turn it into a real slick weapon. That takes care of the shortcomings of the crossbow being a single shot weapon.

The guy is one smart critter, by golly. One of many that are furiously busy inventing new things on the new platform of a crossbow. I am not surprised. But for now, he should forget the full-auto capabilities and simply concentrate on a quality "repeater" and as Tim-The-Toolman would say, "MORE POWER!". Wait until the new Binford 2000 comes out. I'm sure it's in the works already ...... lol.

Did anyone seriously think that the design of crossbows would stop all changes right where they are today? ....Seriously? Look what they did to the evolution of recurve and longbow when the compound came out. They went about as far as they could with the compound, and so now they have been provided with a brand new platform to start with. Prepare to be amazed. Everything but the "bang" folks.
