Having hunted with moog, I can say he is a big guy, but VERY quiet and nimble in the woods while hunting. I've hunted with much smaller guy's, who sounded and acted like elephants in the woods! It comes with a precut heavy foam floor. Pretty darn quiet. So no carpet needed. And grampy thanks for the compliment but pygmy would disagree.
