Grouse Posted January 10 Share Posted January 10 (edited) Most of the men back then had physical lifestyles and ate wholesome home cooked meals that were healthy. They burned a lot of calories working and ate far less crap food than people do now. It's all about diet and exercise, both of which are ignored today.
