Storm last night

We had a tremendous amount of rain and wind on LI yesterday. It all ended around 8 pm. I wake up about 3 am today and it sounded like a jet landed in my backyard. 

opened the door and we had golfball size hail and a lot of wind for about 20 minutes. It was loud! Just looked front windshield of my truck has a crack. Sucks for me.....

Quite a power full storm system to produce  golf ball size hail in New York. Kinda a rare event of Christmas time.  Hope things work out for ya.

Got hit pretty good  up here last night.  Daughter  said they had hail in steuben. Not so much in Chemung county . Thunder and lighting  for a while as temp really dropped in a hurry.

Hope you have glass coverage. I keep it on all my vehicles.  Learned that lesson after a rock from a dump truck and a little league  baseball  a month apartment .

Same here, woke me out of a sound sleep. Never saw anything like that. Lasted about 3 minutes.

nyc rain rain and more rain but it beats snow the last one I was on the thruway for 7 hrs the city and who ever plows the thruway screwed up BIG TIME. All the rain reminds me of bow season rain ,fog and this nasty mist

North Dakota,family trip in the ‘60s hail storm totaled my Dads new car, it ended up looking like a golf ball .
