Looks like a Georgia pine, but what is the rubbish mounted to it?

It's located in the rear of a church, on North French, between Campbell & Sweethome Rd.  I though it was neat.........the "bark" is very realistic looking.

That would be the cell tower on transit in Lancaster.

That’s getting pretty common for cell towers now. Towns are forcing them to be disguised. I have a friend that works for a company that installs all over the US. he says some of them when mixed in with trees on a hill side are really hard to spot.
