Primos Truth About Hunting-Spring Gobbler

I had to run out tonight around 7pm tonight and had the VCR (see who catches THAT!) record it.  It was a spring turkey hunting show, not surprisingly. But what was surprising was that none of the gobblers were shot from inside a blind.  Pretty damn rare these days on TV............

The film and audio were spectacular, it really put me in the mood and that's something I'm lacking lately.

Episode #147 on the Outdoor Channel circa 02-05-19

Watch the hunting public on YouTube, they setup on a roosted bird and if that doesn't work out they run and gun. I'm enjoying it

Good video TC.....I watched all the action part but skipped over some of the end of the video.

So tough when one guy (without the damned gun of course) can see the bird clear as gin but the shooter(s) can't.  BTDT......

I don't get any hunting shows on fios anymore? So I've been watching Mosey Oak Go on line, not bad, several different shows to choose from, a lot of turkey hunts right now. I haven't seen any from a blind yet. (although i just started watching) I do agree it's great to sit in my living room watching spring turkey hunts, can't wait for 5-1!

aaron warbitton started as in intern on Midwest Whitetail. Always could kill turkeys like nothing. they started doing more and more online segments hunting public land in the midwest (still stupidly great hunting areas).  at first i thought it was a sub show under midwest whitetail but i guess some of them left and are now doing their own thing.

there's some areas out here that hold tons of birds. regardless of where they go, you know it will be a place that has plenty around. at the end of the day viewers won't be able to appreciate them killing a turkey where there aren't any, as much as the viewers should.
