I recall reading that bull sharks have been caught 2000 miles up the Amazon  river . Bull sharks are unique  in that they store salt in there body and can slow the excretion of salt in there urine.  Just another useless fact stuck in my head ... now if I could only remember where I put my car keys.

There has been some footage of bull sharks in hudson down south.... If they are there then there is no reason to stop them from coming north. They could live in fresh water for a long time. Had an old timer tell me he swears he had something on years ago fishing with bunker chunk that spooled him and snapped line and was no striper....  I believe him...

There are lakes that have bull sharks in South America. Naked and Afraid takes place on them
