I was at the property this weekend, hung two stands with my brother.

I went up to our place this weekend, hung two stands with my brother. It took all day to hang both stands, we had to cut a pretty long trail to get to the one. Cleaned it up nice, moved logs, cleared some lanes etc. It was a fun weekend.

The video was fine . The stands look quite open / no cover . All the trees look like the limbs start way up high . Maybe the stands are high enough so that it won't matter .

Vid,was fine.I am hoping to get to camp this weekend and hang a stand.Bought a 15 foot but I hate hieghts so some one else might use it .

The stands are pretty high eddie, we will add some cover once we get closer to the season. Either via branches or some burlap.

I did the video's after I saw your video, it was a cool idea I used Final Cut (on the mac). I wanted to do some more editing but it takes forever to do this stuff.

Old artificial Christmas tree branches They work great in build ins and metal stands. the branches bed and you can get them just like you want them. I have been cruising yard sales.....around deer season folks get new ones and sell or chuck their old ones. And you never have to worry about the leaves falling off

I can't get over the amount of Ferns on our property though. Its like a Fern forest on that side of the mountain.

Same here john,Ferns all over.But they die off after the first freeze.

Yeah, whats neat is, I have this grass growing by my other stand. Its odd the ferns stop right neat this little flat spot. I wonder what kind of grass it is.
