Couldn't find my earlier post so I will try again . Went to Geneseo this am . Was setup by 5 am and sat back and relaxed . I was wet from the knees down from walking through the high grass . Didn't see one Turkey and didn't hear any . I could have walked 1/2 mile to the woods but I would have really been soaked and it's real wet there . The mosquitoes were out where I was anyway .

On the upside , I saw at least 6 deer in the morning . I thought one was a buck but I might have been hallucinating . Did some video .

I like it Eddie. That buck is growin some antlers. That tree stand might come in handy there if he stays.

I was going to take my tri-pod along but left it home . I unscrewed the end of my monopod and had the camera mounted on that . I couldn't hold it steady enough to get good video . I have taken at least 15 deer off that property over the years .
