Leaves Changing!! Woo-Hoo!!

I was traveling on Rt. 104 today and couldn't help but notice some of the leaves are changing color! Woo-Hoo!! Hunting season is coming!!

Yeah I was golfing during lunch and there were leaves on the fairway. Some out in my back yard too.

They aren't changing . They are burning up from the heat !

i was going to say it is prob from lack of water and abundance of heat! lol never saw leaves change in beginning of august... and i know its been quite warm all over NY. i could be wrong tho...

+1  I think some of us are wishing that it was October and the leaves are starting to turn color!  If this heat continues thru September, I'd bet the leaves will turn color and fall later than usual.

It cant be lack of water, at least not in my area lol. We are almost 6 inches above average since June.

We are on the way to fall, the day is getting shorter and we are about one month way from the fall leaves color's in the big woods upstate and just two months away from it is almost bow season in the southern tier...

Yeah, there's no way those yellow and red leaves are from a lack of water around here! Seems like it rains some every other day!

I hope the leaves fall early, I caint see crap during bow season.

I would bet its the heat I've seen leaves changing colors sine July and we had heavy T - storms at least 2-3 times a week
