Neat trophy...and conversation piece if you are a mount person.
I may consider it.......kinda like adding a doe to the wall with a nice buck mount.

Shot a bearded once early in my career. Didn't know it was a hen at the time haha. Curious, did you know it was a hen when you shot? No judgment, just wondering.

In the fall, I wouldn't hesitate. Just couldn't shoot one in the spring. But it's legal. Will definitely be a cool mount.

I had a hen with a 5" beard in front of me last weekend.  i have seen many of them over the years. I didn't know they are such an oddity. I just couldn't bring myself to shoot it considering the lower population in my area now.

A friend of mine shot one some years ago and had it mounted setting on a nest...Cool mount....

Not my first bird. I have ALOT of birds on my property. Just thought she was a awesome bird. Have a three flocks of 10 to 15 birds a piece running around. Very blessed
