No it's not the case. You can still transport game meat from state to state

Some of the anti crossbow guys here hunt out of state , so this is my new cause .

We have at times 8 out of state hunters in the camp next door. They would just stay in Maryland and hunt there. Great way to lose revenue for the out of state your hunting in.

This has nothing to do with safety, but everything to do with crippling the out of state hunting industry. The antis will try everything to stop hunting.
