Yes, it's income tax d day. Don't forget to at least file, or get an extension. Always wait to the last day myself. Want to hold onto the last penny , before I ship it to the goverment, so they can waist it, LOL.

I still claim zero and get a monster return each year. I know its a free loan to the government, but I have always done it this way, and I look forward to $6-$10K back every spring.

I once worked with a guy that could be counted on to be in full panic mode every tax filing day. He would start filling out the forms the night before and always wind up breaking speeding laws trying to get to the post office before midnight. It really was a joke, but was an annual ritual with this guy.

I take ours to a Tax Office and have them do it . Too many papers and forms to file .

I pay an estimated Income Tax quarterly but came out okay this year . It really kills me to have to pay Income Tax on Social security ! Since I started having it by a Tax Office , I don't get an upset stomach and the sick feeling .

I just got the call. Looks like we are filing an extension this year, first time ever. Oh well. now I can stress all over again in a couple weeks. <grin>

I almost forgot to submit it... I was waiting on a few documents and then when I got up for work, I was like oh crap. Some how I always break even, I dont get why I don't have these big tax breaks everyone else gets. Maybe I should bring it to a tax guy, I've always done my own through Turbo Tax.

Ditto. Had my return within 2 weeks. Spent a good chunk of it on a trip to Turkey and an engagement ring. I'm sure everyone will have their opinions as to which one was the better investment.
