sbuff
Would it be legal in nys during muzzleloader season as powder and bullet aren't loaded from the muzzle? I do know you need a 4473 form Edited January 6, 2022 by sbuff

I do know you need a 4473 form Bullet is still loaded through the muzzle. The primer and powder are in a cartridge that is loaded through the breach. Not sure if it's NYS legal, but know of a few that use and like them a lot.
phade
It's legal in NY. Positive reviews across the board - only issue is supply chain.
