Would it be legal in nys during muzzleloader season as powder and bullet aren't loaded from the muzzle? I do know you need a 4473 form

Bullet is still loaded through the muzzle.   The primer and powder are in a cartridge that is loaded through the breach.   Not sure if it's NYS legal,  but know of a few that use and like them a lot.

It's legal in NY.

Positive reviews across the board - only issue is supply chain.

I don't know why I thought powder needed to be loaded through muzzle to be considered a muzzleloader in nys.

and i thought bh209 per shot was expensive
