Was going to move the ladder stand on the right side of this pic as it has been non prouctive the last couple years. Decided to put the cam on it to see if there was any activity before moving the stand. One hour after I set the camera, this guy came thru. First decent size buck I have seen so far this year and 9 does came thru the next morning at various times. They seem to be milling around at about 11:00 am. Needless to say, the stand is staying where it is.

yeah i didnt no they werent legal i thot u just could not hunt over them but i got corrected somwhere else on here(i think it was on here), so..................... no more salt blocks!

Salt and mineral blocks arent the only things that are illegal. No bait period, that means no corn piles, no apples, no Cmere Deer, etc.

Yes I knew that (about corn and such) but for some reason I thought mineral blocks were different but that misunderstanding has now been cleared up thanks to you guys.... ( also you possibly saved me from a citation and fine in the future ) lol I'm serious, thanks guys there's nothing I like better than learning from fellow hunters, especially fellow NYer's
