Geez its just that easy to go out and kill the best of the bucks before the gun hunters getem huh??? Obviously hes never hunted with a bow before I guess, Or hes been watchin them TV shows to much.

Never had it happen to me, but I did see something very similar happen on an episode of Popeye... He simply ate a can of spinach and his muscles popped back out,lol Tell him to try that!

Actually, I don't believe his "ended rut" comment is exactly accurate. The truth is that the crazy disruption of gun season itself kind of drives it all nocturnal so that it seems like it is all over. At least that has been my experience. I have seen a lot of rut activity in the first part of opening day of gun season. But anyway, people will believe what ever makes them comfortable with their own lack of success.

Great article. I think every man or woman that eats meat should kill there food at least once. Anybody against hunting who eats meat is a hypocrite imo.

Oh me too. I am a serial cell phone abuser...lol. A lot of people just don't know the rules and I don't mean just hunting rules. as bad as that is imagine these poor non hunters that feed the deer to see them out there dining room window. then bam they are breaking the law because it changed. Even if we had the written laws in front of us , good luck understanding them. Try reading the laws to see if your 17yo can shoot your hand gun at the range. well they can if they do this or that but only if you have done this or the other and only if it is at an incorporated range on monday wednesday and friday in a month that ends in an R. I think the OP took a little offense to being called on the mineral block whether he knew or not. He says he didn't and that is good enough for me. I don't think he responded well and given his past circumstances I can understand his being teste. He cam across pretty offensive to me in PM and then we actually discussed it and he seems like a decent guy. Let's fac eit....Hunters are an emotional bunch. No matter what we say or how we type it someone is going to get a case of burn a$$.

Don't understand why all negative comments and attacks on this business. Seems like a decent place to plan a nice hunting trip, if that's your fancy. If you don't agree with this type of hunting, that's your choice. This is not the New Yorkers I know, Come on.

I've been trying to think what the proper response should be when we think we have found something that we think is inappropriate or in this case illegal. My sense is that vietvet50 probably was unaware that the setup is illegal. Not too many people knowingly document their illegal activities through pictures on a public forum.....lol. Probably the best way to handle that would be via a private message informing of the illegality along with an offer to take the picture down. That avoids inadvertant embarrassment and perhaps the loss of a member or the perception that we are just waiting to pounce on anybody who makes a mistake (which in turn loses even more participating members). At this point, it is probably best to just let the issue quietly fade off into oblivion.

that particular model above doesn't look like it, it looks like a regular jacket/pants combo but with leafy on it.... they do offer different models that are a mesh/screen type style with the leafy on it and even a bug suit that has heavy mesh with the leafy on it called bug tamer.... all these guys worried about bow opening oct 1st and complaining about it being too warm should really think about one a these.....

Could be trauma to the biceps tendon...could be an elbow hyperextension injury. Best advice: Ice the hell out of it and see a doc ASAP!

Oh , and Lowes will "price match" other stores . A while back , I needed 3 floor jacks . I knew the price at HD which was cheaper than Lowes . The clerk at the store asked if I wanted her to price match and I said , sure go ahead . She called HD and got their price , matched it and took off an extra percentage . That was sweet .
