  1. I'm more amazed at the amount of rust on that rifle.
  2. Looks like we have a new troll. What a a-hole
  3. Seems odd that it would be a complete pass through without the blade opening. I've never used a rage. I just did some research on those Ramcats, very impressive.
  4. Where was the hit and angle of the shot with the Rage? I was looking at those Ramcats as well and thinking of trying them.
  5. 2 white and a camo, white nocks , white wraps. I want to see where the arrow hits.
  6. There is nowhere on Long Island that anybody has all to themselves to manage. They all come and go off the area you are hunting. The only areas on the island that are big enough are public.
  7. Very nice buck. Have you ever shot a buck that big?
  8. Buy it. I have it's big brother the anaconda. That's a good price these days
  9. Definitely not. My wife was belly crawling next to me in Wyoming when I shot my first antelope. And there always some sort of wild game for dinner. Funny though.
  10. Depends on what you want. Single shot, revolver, semi? How far you plan to shoot? In a revolver, I would go with a 44 mag, which you could shoot 44 special out of, or load the .44 mag down a little if you are concerned about recoil. I used to use 200 gr bullets which recoiled a little less and still did a fantastic job on whitetails. Or a .45 Long Colt. Very manageable recoil and does a great job. Not a big fan of a .357 for deer. In a single shot like a T/C, the choices are many, 308,7-08, 35 rem, among many. I used to hunt exclusively with handguns years ago.
  11. Still don't get it. Why exactly did you post the pic?
  12. Interesting. I still don't like the idea of him burglarizing homes though. I don't care how bad he needed it.
  13. Never did. I would think its unsafe.
  14. Same with my apple trees. Hardly anything compared to last year.
  15. Loser with nothing better to do
  16. Lurking is correct. The .308 cartridge is inherently more accurate than a 30-06. Culver, it is a fact that certain cartridges are more inherently accurate than others. Just like rifle calibers are more accurate than shotgun There are a lot of factors. Case size, primer hole size, shoulder angle, neck size, etc. Everyone shoots a 6 ppc in benchrest for a reason.
  17. Yup, love those accutriggers. Just don't go too low or it will de-cock when you close the bolt.
