  1. That's correct. I've shipped many guns. IMO, USPS is the way to go. Just make sure it doesn't say anything on the box about it being a firearm. Also, Fedx does ship also, but they require it be shipped overnight.
  2. Kitchen Aid mixer is a good one. Best thing about that is YOU can get the grinding/sausage making attachment for it and use it too. Works great.

  5. Good stuff. I had my 4 and 6 yr old girls on there first blood trail a few weeks ago. Huge smile when we found him. 6 yr old helped me butcher as well. Definitely have to start them young.
  6. I've been hearing about this for a while. I personally have had enough after 3 full months. I also hate hearing how somebody thought they shot a doe in January, and it was a shed buck. But, the population needs to be controlled.

  15. I would like another tasty game animal as well. But its not that simple. They are very destructive to crops. Would impact turkey populations by eating the eggs, even kill and eat deer fawns. Not to mention highly intelligent. More so than the locals driving around..

  17. I skinned and butchered the same day on Sunday. I just put the meat on ice in a cooler to age. Been doing it for years. When it's warm you have no choice.
  18. Sam, you don't skin the head first? How does the skin come off? Got one boiling right now.
  19. Yes, they were good. My 6 year old likes my other recipe better but I liked them. I'm not a good cook but hot and fast is the best way. Washing it down with some wine now..
