  3. I would like to see those bucks back on camera. All have been nocturnal, not even the storm got them moving in my area.
  4. I was thinking on my walk out.. what if some one makes a marginal shot and decides to leave it over night to recover tomorrow morning. What date do you put on the tag? The day it was shot or recovered?
  5. I sat out for the evening and got a fawn come by and circled all around for the last hr. I was tempted to break in the ML but opted to let her walk till Sept of this yr.

  12. I planted around 200 white/norway spruce trees around the perimeter and maybe 20 survived The type of soil makes a big difference along with sun exposure. My area was swampy and water wouldnt drain in weeks. The roots never took

  15. No experience here but I have been reading up and watching a lot of ML videos, apparently this late the fat plugs the up the bullet holes since muzzleloader sabots dont go fast enough. Deer can go 100+ yards without a drop of blood hitting the ground

  17. Never got any amount of snow that needed shoveling where I am .. Lots of wind and cold for sure.
  18. You can send it for a trigger job to a guy on Crossbownation and he does wonders and makes it a crisp 3.5#
  19. Same here..windy and cold but ready Gas cans & Vehicle tanks full. Chainsaws ready Lets hope we dont lose power and internet otherwise the kids will drive me crazy..lol
