    cops rarely walk right up to your window anymore, always seen em approach just as you said, staying slightly behind the driver( tougher for a bad guy to shoot at that direction) you passed him and saw no tags on the trailer, easy ticket for him, go pay it and register the trailer

    the shooting test for you hunter ed tag wasn't required when I used to teach the class, in the 90's

    the parks here have been allowing hunting for a few years now, I think its a shooting proficiency test, they wanna make sure you can hit something other than the ground

    cant use number of rattles to determine the age of a snake, number of rattles is dependant on food and growth rates, also, rattles break off occasionally, screwing up the "aging" process

    venom is biologically taxing for the snake to produce, and its used to secure food, while some bites will harm adults, most would be considered "dry" no, or not much venom injected, but merely the snale saying , hey asshat I"m here get away from me, and then bites

    sheep hunts rate up there with a few things that I would never be interested in hunting, then again, these days I dont care about hunting anything anymore

    yeah and this drives me crazy every year when I'm there, cant wrap my mind around it to come outta the Nevada hills in time to meet family for meals

    if the boats is registered for a certain reservoir, thats where it says, untill you pull the boat off to bring it elsewhere( even if you are brining it home for some repairs) then it would have to go back to DEP for steam cleaning again, and repainting of registration numbers, anyone can access DEP property by securing an access permit(online or mailed in)
