now when the dogs were young before trained properly they use to run the deer and forget about it. They would run for miles.

sure they returned but usually not within a couple of days so yes I would say it totally upset there pattern and movements.........

especially when they were running gray fox in the thick stuff and the deer had no where to hide. They would shoot right across the street to safety.......

I know when I had hounds we use to run every deer out of the area chasing fox. Sometimes they use to run right across the main rd to get away from us.

We are talking about little villages with no acreage of woods at all. big difference from suffolk county. You do realize half of suffolk county is all woods and undeveloped? It is not even a close comparison.

I do not know what kind of snipers there using by you but over here they put out tons and tons of apples in 4 designated safe areas the week before the first hunt. In 4 nights the snipers killed 200 plus deer. They friggin wiped out the vassar farm population.

There is really no other way to do it guys as much as it sucks. You think there really gonna give bowhunters a special season in these areas hanging off there property lines , walking through there yards, barely any woods to fit all these hunters. I work over by vassar college and you have to see the size of the bucks living right near the school in the city of poughkeepsie that alot of people and hunters knew about. The sharp shooters shot just about every deer in there including some giant bucks. It is a shame but there really was no other way.

Yup that has always been my argument. The guy is a teabag going on and on about bowhunters getting oct 1st opener and gun hunters get nothing. Pick up a bow dude. I do not even care about the oct 1st opener if it is gonna make them cry.

It is sometimes hard to tell after a week of dropping horns. The sores heal very quick and then you need a good close picture to see the white spot.

Rex ryan is herm edwards, everybody loves playing for them, the fans love them but they are who they are and that is horrible game day coaches. Not easy to win tight games when your a horrible coach.

Yea good point but some of these coaches make you scratch your head. Belicheck and some of the great coaches rarely make you scratch your head. Denver just went for it on there own 30 down by 3 , 4th and 5 with 3 timeouts and over 4 minutes left. That is bizarre and those types of coaches are never gonna make the hof , i do not care who the players are.
