Im gonna try to make some useing ground venison.Here is the recipe 1sliced onion 2tbsp butter 1 pound ground venison 1 egg beaten salt and pepper to taste.In large skillet cook oinoin in mellted butter untill tender remove in large bowl mix egg and venison form into patties cookpatties until browned both sides stir in 1 jar of gravy 2tbsp.kethup and 1 tsp soy sauce cover and simmer until patties are done.Serve over your favorite rice/noodles and enjoy

Was up to my fav spot today at state land and started to construct new ground blind.This past winters wind has knocked down alot of tree's/limb's.I know it is early but was thinkin that by Oct 1st that not only the Deer but myself would be comfy with the new stand/blind.By the end of summer will have a full size cabin on great deer run's.This will only be made with downed tree's/logs no screw's or nails just stacked together.

When I was little younger I chained my stand to a tree and when I went back to remove the stand every thing was rusted,couldnt take down at that time no bolt cutters,since that one time I never attach any thin to a tree.This comming season I will be useing a tripod stand with swivel seat.going to have 360 veiw I am not a tree hugger but rather not use any stands that attach to tree's.

I would love to have a Hunt Ny breakfast all you can eat.Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day.When I go out for breakfast and ask for 6 egg's I always get that look did he just ask for 6 eggs sausauge bacon ham and homefries yummy with rye toast.

I have been thinking of chipping my hound so if she does get away I would be able to track her.Guess my question is do any of or have any of you had theese put in your dog's are they safe for them?I ask because when I put my pup out she always seems to slip her collar,I know that a kennle/cage will work but think locking her up is not cool.

I was gonna start spring cleaning cause we had no snow on the ground,but that has changed cause now the ground is covered again.March can be the worst of all 12 month's.Time to go shovel this mess.

This is not good local police officer suspended.Local officer accidently fire's his glock in high school hallway and not sure how it happened.You can find this info on the Poughkeepsie Journal .com.I wish I knew how to copy and paste to share this better with you all but I'm kinda dumb when it comes to computer's.

LongIsland man charged for laughing to loud in his own home 500 in fines or 30 day's in jail.This was on NBC 4 News NewYork.Very sad when you can't even laugh in your own home.

I sure do love homemade soups and stews.I even enjoy a pot/kettle of beans from time to time,allways make enough to freeze some for another day.No canned soup for myself homemade is the best.

Registering for Confiscation

This is only my opinion but being a NY state sportsmen we dont have to register to set up for confiscation.Albany already has our info,they may not know exactly what firearm's we own but us hunters will be their first target all they need to screw us is a warrant,they already know where we live. -
