    I have defrosted about 2 lbs's ground beef and was going to make meatloaf but the wife want's to have burg's on the grill.Anyone ever try meatloaf patties thinking I may try this since it is mixed for a loaf?

    By now they are over cooked lol!They never last this long.Cast Iron skillet about 2-3 min's done season to you taste.They also make a great sandwich

    I have eaten many road killed deer and other freshly killed animals.To some this is nasty but to myself another tasty meal

    I living next to CT I cannot purchase any ammo/I must be a resident or show them proof that I hunt there or live there.I was to Cabbelas and Waltmart and had no luck buying ammo

    What kinda fish do you prefer?I have just tried with some frozen/striped Bass it is not done yet so I do not know how it will be.I used aprox 2 maybe less Lbs of striped bass 4 cups milk 1/2 cup heavey cream 2 onions lots of pepper culiflower .It smell's real good hope it tastes as good

    Ground Beef soup for dinner.Home made wish it was venison.I made a large pot full/ after dinner will freeze.I used 2 lbl ground beef 6 potatoes cubed 3 onions 2 cups carrots 1 cup celery 2 cans diced tomatoes 4 bullion cube's and 6 cups water.Browened beef and onions first then added veggies as cooking times.Salt to taste after cooking I do not use salt so if you user this then salt may be needed

    This all true this is not a made up story.I have no idea what they were thinkng but I do know they bang and taught us the way of life.Obvious mom stayed at home and dad worked and did what he had to do to see that we had what we needed.I have no children but I do give and help my brother's and sister's the best I can
