We have one. My favorite are the Chickadees. We have tufted titmouse, nuthatch, goldfinches, grackles, redwing blackbirds, woodpeckers, and a few others. Saw a red colored finch looking bird a few weeks back. Love watching the birds.

Sure, it'll spread. Eventually we will likely lose hunting. Writing is on the wall. Enjoy it while you can. And don't worry, once its gone, that's just one less license to buy. I know I'll still be hunting.

Going to take the muzzleloader instead of crossbow. Trying to work up a load for my Lyman Deerstalker. No luck with the 600gr No Excuses. Couldn't get them to stabilize in my barrel (1:48). Planning to try the 460gr next.

Always been on my list too. I shot one for a buddy who raised them on his preserve. He needed one for his freezer and offered to let me shoot it with my bow, but that doesn't count. It was very easy. I am hoping a real hunt like this is much more challenging. I'll be sure to let you guys know.

I gave my son my matrix, and bought a new one 2 weeks ago. Money is tight, but I was caught up on everything, so I went for it. THEN, yesterday, we find out that our septic tank somehow has a crack in it. Poor timing. So, I find myself needing the money that I just spent. It's a Matrix 310. Has been fired only 15 times. It has the light stuff package, but it's got an upgraded scope. It's the excalibur Tactzone. It's got illuminated reticles, 20 to 60 yard brackets in the crosshairs, and is adjustable for the speed of the bow. It also has the Guardian, anti dry fire device, as an add on. Comes with a cocking aid, and an extra string. Includes 4 Diablo bolts with 150gr field points. Sweet bow, and I hate to let it go, but I can't have a river of crap water flowing through the yard.
