  1. Gee , I thought the 22LR was only good for deer ........
  2. Havn't seen that one in a while . Still funny as heck ! The facial expression is a dead give away !
  3. Jeez Doc , you could have at least offered to help me ! Next trip I make up that monster hill with my gear , I will bring my pack mule .
  4. 24 oz bottle $14.95 Repel and kill those pesky ticks, mosquitoes, chiggers, mites and more than 55 other kinds of insects the next time you venture into the outdoors. The Sawyer ® Permethrin Clothing Insect Repellent is for use on your clothing, tents and other gear. A single application lasts through 6 washings. Permethrin is odorless when dry. During the drying process it tightly bonds with the fibers of the treated garment. It will not stain or damage clothing, fabrics, plastics, finished surfaces or any of your outdoor gear. Permethrin clothing treatments have been determined to have "spatial repellency" against mosquitoes. Mosquitoes will swarm around you, but not land on your treated clothing and bite. Use by itself or with skin-applied repellents to build the ultimate protective barrier. Permethrin is a contact insecticide but non-toxic to humans. FEATURES: 24 oz trigger spray Protection from more than 55 types of disease-carrying insects Lasts through 6 washings Use for clothing, tents and gear Will not stain Non-toxic Active ingredient: Permethrin Brand: Sawyer Country of Origin: United States of America
  5. Hey Doc , was that you over at Bullseye Archery buying several new gadgets for this fall's bow season ?
  6. You can get the Sawyer's Spray at DICKs or Field & Stream for $15 for a large spray bottle or $10 for a spray can . I bought the large spray bottle for myself and 2 of my sons .
  7. The guy I work part time for has a Toyota Tacoma with almost 400,000 miles on it . He had the frame replaced a couple years ago for free . The only thing he had to pay for was new struts , springs and a few other items while they had the truck in the shop . It cost him about $800 .
  8. An article on Ticks http://www.deeranddeerhunting.com/articles/deer-news/know-ticks-become-infected-harm?utm_source=wir&utm_campaign=ddh-esb-wir-170426&utm_content=940036_EDT_DDH170426&utm_medium=email
  9. I had one taken out via surgery . One removed by going up through the urethra ( plus the stint ) and the last one blasted . I don't know what will be next ....
  10. Maybe that deer got into someone's Marijuana crop !
  11. You might have come close to getting skunked but I didn't . Got the bandit ! He tried to dig his way out .
  12. Spoiler Alert --- You are going to want to hang onto something when they remove the Stint !
  13. I have gotten a few calls telling me I have a problem with a Credit Card and they could give me a better interest rate . I tell them thanks for the heads up and hang up . I don't carry a balance and pay the card when I see the bill . If I am bored , I may let them talk for a while . It's their dime .
  14. I don't want to use anything with a fish odor or I might get another cat. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
  15. The trap is one from Tractor Supply . I had to do some repairs after catching Mama raccoon last year . Also the food container was empty last year on two occasions without the door being tripped . I realized that the trip plate wasn't long enough and a raccoon could reach beyond it to get the food . I clipped a section of one of the Bag a Bug holders which extended the trip plate and that did the trick . I have a regular heavy duty Have a Heart trap but I don't care for how the Door works . The lever that holds the door shut falls by gravity rather than slamming shut by a strong spring .
  16. There were over 350 pictures . If I held the button down , it was almost like watching a movie . The bandit never fell .
  17. Luckily you didn't have to give the dog mouth to mouth . Nothing worse than dog breath .... well , almost nothing !
  18. I get calls from Florida , Kali-Fornia , Ohio , etc . If I don't recognize the number , I don't answer . I check my phone messages to see if there is anything I should be aware of . I have a land line hooked up to a FAX machine and I never answer it . Only 3 people plus Time Warner / Spectrum know the number but it gets calls several times a day . Gee , why don't they send me a fax ? When we used to have a regular land line I would answer the phone . They would ask for Mr McDonald and I would say just a minute , call out loud for Dad ( he died in 1979 ) , put the phone down and walk away . After a while I would hear a buzzing as the caller had hung up . It doesn't do any good to call anyone about the calls because the callers are smart and can change numbers . I have searched some numbers and found them to be from near NYC . Uptown Redneck might be making calls from his Mom's basement .
  19. I caught this Varmint instead of the bandit. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
