    I had put out my Hummingbird feeder and the male oriole was coming to it . So , I put up the oriole feeder but he kept coming back to the hummingbird one . When the female showed up , they started hitting the suet . Beautiful birds !

    Another Ant Lure I used is "Terro Ant Killer" . I believe the stuff has some form of Boric Acid in it so be careful when handling .

    I am not a fan of "The Big Left Turn" but belong to a NASCAR Fantasy League on another site and was the Champion in 2010 . Just some lucky guess's .......... One of my daughter's and her husband used to go to the races at Dover , Poconos and Daytona . Their oldest son is named Timothy Richmond ( 1st & middle names ) . They had 3 dogs ( Bristol , Charlotte & Winston ) .

    I had some ants in the house and put out those little Raid ant traps . Something that worked for me is "Dr Moss's Liquid Bait System" . It is a liquid that you put in bottle caps or milk bottle caps and place the traps where you have seen ants . It attracts and kills ants . I bought it in a Hardware Store .

    I bought a pair of the Itasca Scent Free boots last summer . They appear to be okay . The main reason I bought them is there are slots on the top where I can grab them to pull them on . I have arthritis in both hands and it is difficul to put some of the other style boots on my feet . I had a pair of the Field & Stream boots that lasted me about 3 years . I think DICKs is having a clearance on some of the LaCrosse boots .

    Sorry ..... I made an assumption thinking of the vastness up North and much less farmland than here in Western NY . I have camped at places like Old Forge and have seen deer feeding in yards ( years ago ) so yes I know there are deer there but I don't think there are as many deer as there are in my area .

    I saw some scat that looked like that on my son's property in Italy Valley and thought it might be bear scat . My son didn't seem to think so but he ended up with some bear on his property . http://www.bear-tracker.com/blackbearscat.html
