Damn Phade - you had me snowed . I had to GOOGLE "silos" A silo mentality can occur when a team or department shares common tasks but derives their power and status from their group. They are less likely to share resources or ideas with other groups or welcome suggestions as to how they might improve. Collaboration in a business culture with silos among teams or departments will be limited, unless collaboration benefits the members of the department. In addition, the members of a silo tend to think alike. They get their power from association with their function and their shared technical knowledge.

I ordered something on EBAY . After a couple weeks I got a notice from BLUECARE express that it was delivered at 11:47 am on July 17 . I was home at the time and when I saw the notice at 12:15 . I checked and it wasn't there . Checked with neighbors , etc , no luck . Contacted supplier and they said it was delivered . They sent a picture that was taken by our garage door along with another package . My wife said she had gotten that several days earlier .I asked when the picture was taken and told that it was July 9 . PayPal said the item was delivered on July 9 . I got back to my complaint and asked if "beaming" had been perfected as there was no way my item could possibly come across the country that fast . I was reimbursed my money .

Gout is caused by the build up of Uric Acid . I have gout in the toe next to my big toe on my left foot . Untreated , it is extremely painful . I take two 2400 mg Tart Cherry Extract when I get up in the am . That pretty much gets me through the day . Sometimes I will take 1 pill in the pm if the toe acts up . This buck is the best I have seen so far . The doe and her fawns travel the area pretty regularly . One of the fawn pics was taken on a $20 Bresser camer and has the wrong date & time . Can't change it .

Arrest the protestors ? The police have been instructed to stand down . They aren't supposed to arrest anyone .

That's a poor example . There has been rioting and looting in the city . Since the gate was broken down tresspassing and threats were made , it would seem that the protestors were not that peaceful . Maybe their intent was to be peaceful but I wouldn't trust them to be ! You never know what you would really do until the time comes .

It seems like the Media only ever shows one video . If there are other videos , they don't show them at all .

You can't judge by the 30 second video that is the only one the media has used . The Protestors broke down the gate to the community and marched through the area . The protesters allegedly threated the couple . The protestors were on their way to the Mayor's home and there was no way to get there by going through this neighborhood .

It took a 2nd look before I got this one . I'm getting slow .

I don't think anyone ever learned anything from Sal . They would be afraid to ask anything . Instead of adjusting his attitude , he lost his business .

Do any of you remember " Sal"s " on the DugWay between Webster and Irondequoit ? It was a small shop that had a shooting range and sold Bow accessories . I was new with a bow at the time . Sal had an attitude ! To Sal , there was such a thing as a dumb question and if you asked one , the sarcastic ass would let you know it . He went out of business several years ago . Can't understand why .

I stopped in to Archery Solutions about 5 years ago . My son was interested in buying a Bowtech Admiral with sight , stabilizer, quiver , etc . Nick was ready to drop at least $1500 on an outfitted Bowtech . The owner wasn't there but his dad and an assistant were . I told them what Nick wanted and asked for a price . I would have to wait for the owner . The assistant showed me around and I asked again for a price . The owner ( a young guy ) was sitting on the couch busy with phone calls . After waiting around for over an hour I decided to leave . Never went back . Never got a phone call as I had left my name and number . Apparently they were too busy to bother to sell an expensive Bow outfit . That was my experience with Archery Solutions on Town Line road in Williamson / Sodus . Good luck with them !
