Thats very cool, very impressive build for those chicks. May the chicken Gods bless you with a trailer load of eggs....lol.. Enjoy!!! When im up at my cabin we always wipe out our local chicken farmer, we buy 10 to 20 doz. from him. Theres no comparison when it comes to fresh eggs, they are way superior to store bought.

Bad week to come up to camp. Wed and thursday i was prunning apple trees wearing a t shirt and today we have close to 2 feet of snow and in some places with drifts its more like 3 feet. Im in deleware /otsego county where the higher end prediction of snow accumulation is happening. Heres pic. Of snow when i opened the door earlier today. Still snowing hard and wind is howling. I just prayer my tractor can dig out the driveway. Pic sideways.

Here are a couple more toothpick creations that my dad worked on. The larger of the 2 is completed, the smaller one is a model of his house and is still in the works.

Very simple, because we are the ones killing the deer. I think i would be just as remorseful if i had to kill a cow i had raised. I have seen on TV where farmers felt remorse in having to kill one of their livestock but did so as its part of the process to attain protein. I think one is much more remorseful having just killed an animal as opposed to picking up a packaged steak from your local grocery store.

Im very curious and not trying to be an a$$, but i see the term "professional" hunter used quite often on TV shows and by african hunters. Question, how does one go about to acquire such a title? Is it just a loose term or is there certain criteria to get that distinction?
