  1. Great news...gator looks very similar to my polaris utv. You will love it,much more versatile as a workhorse then an atv. No more trailers, that bed comes in very handy!!
  2. How about paying school taxes on rural property where my kids will never attend school, but sure is a benefit to others..yep a screwy system. But someone has to pay i guess.
  3. Thanks for the info., looking forward to getting that check.
  4. The almighty dollar will make people say and do crazy things..heck i know people that would sell their mother to make a buck..lol
  5. So how do we disprove a documentary that shows water coming out of a faucet that is highly flamable which is explained to be a direct affect of fracking?
  6. My entire cabin is one big trophy room.lol. Dont have pictures of the others walls..but there are countless deer horns hanging...full coyote mount and a standing bear mount..Picture Attached is of a bear rug and some of my better NY bucks..
  7. Great news...keep up that positive attitude and enjoy your hunting season.
  8. I paid $900 for mine, she measured out six feet, back is heavily padded, 2 colored felt borders and came with metal rings sewn in the back ready to hang..
  9. Yeah I wanted something that would make the bears outline pop...just the black felt wasn't doing it for me, so I opted for the red and black scalloped border and I think it shows the bear well.
  10. Pretty sure it can be done without the felt as mine also came with a thick back padding.
  11. In last couple years I have put away my high powered scoped bolt actions and took out my dad's 50yr.old marlin 336 in 35 caliber..it's so small, compact, light weight and deadly which makes the treks upto my ridge top so much easier....oh and on the deadly part, it is very accurate and put a bear down last season in a hurry...230 lbs and dropped her in her tracks...it's my go to gun now..I'll take that olé gun over my thousands of dollar bolt actions any day of the week
  12. Go to B and H on 42 nd street and 9th ave they have lots of trail cameras, scopes, binos etc..
  13. My 10yr. Old boy plays travel baseball 9 months out of the year and I always encourage him to play up and it has made a world of difference in his progress. He's a true 9U division, but plays 10u and plays with some kids that are close to a year older then him. Go for it and don't look back. You also sometimes need to sit back and evaluate to make sure your kid is advanced enough to fit in and not have them get lost and feel overwhelmed if they are not skilled enough. You need to make an honest decision based upon your daughters skills and not what coaches or a league are telling you. Good luck.
  14. Mine came with a thick back padding, there are two scalloped felt borders in black and red and open mouth..bear measured out 6 feet..set me back $900. I'm happy, guy did a good job.
  15. Thanks..I think for the most part ny hunters don't go out with the intent to hunt bear, like myself alot of us get lucky as a bear ambles by as we are deer hunting.
