I think she means the self certification process as opposed to an additional class like the bowhunting.

I don't understand. Was it an old skull, a fresh skull? What are you thinking that happened?

I am getting more sick with every release of information.

Albino buck picture from out of state.
Culvercreek hunt club replied to 132 eight pointer's topic in Hunting Related Pictures
Anyone know about where it was taken? We do have white deer in NY that are NOT Albino. I would hav to lower the boom on one if I had the chance too. If any of you are aout around the old Seneca Army Depot you can see white deer there. Best time of year is early spring right after the snow goes and before the leaves come out. They are cool to see. -
The regulations clearly stated the use of aircraft was illegal but I have never seen radios or cell phones viewed as illegal. Several guys I hunt with including my father are older. print me up a book of tickets becasue I will be carrying a phone and a radio regardless of any law posted here or passed.

Shhh. I was about to shoot.

Show me that regulation. That woul dmake everyone of us carryign a radio of cell phone illegal

I just choked on my coffee. .....That has to be the funny post of the week!!! -
When did you leave NY becasue a lot of the SZ has had Sunday hunting at least since the early 60's

Same way in Maryland. You never know what is a LEO vehicle. Could be a minivan

I swore I remember, Doc something about something being passed requiring marked cars to be used for pull overs just for that reason.

Welcome to the site Amanda. Congratulations on bring up the next generation of hunters..lol. Blind hunting is great. It can offer cover for movement and even offer additional comfort (Things you may find worth having) I enjoy gung hunting from blinds as long as I have good visibility. It really pays in the rain. I have 3 box blinds and 2 blinds that are used during gun season. We only have 3 treestands on that property. Getting up high actually limits or visibillity in many areas of the land. Good luck and if you aren't out there you won't get them.

I would sooner bet he was smelling food scent on hder feet. But i hae heard stories of them eating cubs. Their mating season is June/July

That head tapering up to the shouulders and not getting smaller behind the head is a good indicator. having no ankles (kankles...lol) is too. 3' high at back and not much room under belly, small round ears in relation to the head. And if you have all that time to check those things before you shoot.....you are a beter man than I...lol

Actually in WNY the Sunday no hunting was up to the 90's? I think.
-
I have been deer hunting for 31 seasons. Has been sunrise to sunset for all of them.
-
I remembered that it happened with dairy cows but hadnt heard of it in whitetails. Thanks......have you seen anything in a study on the frequency of identical twins vs fraternal twins in deer? I am would guess fraternal are majority but do identical happen?
-
I would put it in the 200-250 range. especially is that is a cub with it. Getting a female to tip the scale at 300 is a big female.Seeing the one I shot on Saturday running and then giong over....I thought it would be a damn near new state record...lol. Looked like someone driving a black 3/4 ton Ford F150 through the woods

Anyone ever hear of sterility issues in deer twins when a doe and buck are born together (and I assume from the same father) Like is an issue in cows?
