I have noticed the bucks seem to be in an early chase/ lockdown phase, havent heard any grunts yet so my tube will stay in my pouch along with my magical doe pee....

Prob a shooter in alot of books, but i bust my butt with plots and trails and scouting and stands and mainly qdm to arrow a youngster with that much potential. I usually wait till after season to post my hitlist bucks, but to justify my reasons for passing him, here is my "20" pt. Saw him opening night, this is my second time in the woods so i know we will cross paths again....

Regular 2's for me, if i didnt have 4 new ones in the quiver id switch to either extreme or chisel.... rage is nasty and a great bhead.

Im with 5.9.... if its dark its in the quiver, any other time i got one knocked up and ready to fly. When u consistently shoot lung sized groups at 50yrds, ya gotta be ready for anything. And i think if you dont have one knocked it will only take one time for that bruiser to walk by you as u fumble to try and get one on and spook him off for you to change your way of thinking !

My night ended watching a doe for bout 45 min in the food plot, as she walked away i caught a glimpse of #1 hitlist buck who must have decided to stay back in the thick stuff....at least its first day not last day of season. You dont get to be 5yrs + old by being dumb. He will slip up, and i will arrow him. This is his year to die

Switched from an older mathews to a 11' elite pulse. Very different bows as far as draw. My mat had a huge peak at 75% draw... the elite seems to almost have no peaks while drawing which for me has been hard to get used to. Its a good thing though, and its so smooth. Its a little bit heavier than my mat too but for the speed, noise and accuracy i would never by a mat again. Built in n.y., reasonably priced, best warranty on the market. I say buy one!
