Welcome ! Ny has some great hunting and you will see. Different from PA especially with regs, so get a handbook and read it front to back. 2 points for Biz with the geography slam... Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk

Basically a North American honey badger. I'm surprised that that guy filming didn't get attacked ! They are crazy critters ! Watched a trapper release one from a foot hold one time... That thing was a lion in a squirrel sized body Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk

I wonder how many lives this feral cat has

I have a black and a dark grey. Not sure how the heck they survive with Yotes and the cold, but they do. I'd be lying if I said they hadn't been in the crosshairs a few times..... Just not much of a kitty killer Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk -

I also upgraded my bipod. I had the gun mount and ended up getting some trigger sticks (tripod) and I'm much happier. I still use the ground seat for turkey hunting though, and don't use any shooting sticks. The ameristep chair is just so much more beneficial when pred hunting. Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk -
I'm in the business of calling back, showing up etc. I always find it crazy that some of my competition just ignores people or doesn't keep up their end of the bargain. I don't get it.... Fast food.... How hard is your job, really ?? Got shorted a drink the other night at BK and oddly enough I know why, too busy on the facespace Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk

I was going to grab a tenzing a couple years back. Ended up saving the money and getting a seat that was basically a butt and back pad with straps to hold you up with your own weight, was like 25$. Since then I realized I can see so much more by elevating a foot or so. Got an ameristep high back chair and love it. Light weight and the way the legs are you won't sink in mud or snow. The only animal I love to "kill" is a coyote.... The others like deer and turkey are more about the experience and the hunt. They are all challenging but theres something about a dirt nap for an animal that "kills" turkey, deer, rabbits, etc. Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk

U gotta be the first guy I ever heard not have a a hookup with a fighter !!! That's a solid board too... Looks like a couple good ones in there. My dad got a 12# that took 15min to fight in. Maybe they like you and the Dreamweaver, but they hate me and want to fight till their dead ! Either way, invite still stands for this summer Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk

I'd challenge you to test that theory this spring, with me... I have a feeling when that "log" rips 200' of line out (on the first run...) You will change your mind. And beer is allowed Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk

Dick's had buy 5 get 5 free clearance lures. I'm ashamed to mention how many I bought.... Why don't u save some money and just come with me. I'll be trying my hand at browns in the spring, kings in the summer and muskie in the late summer/early fall with eyes in between all that. Kinda depends on what species your after for style... But typically you can't go wrong with natural colors. Perch, goby, shad, fire tigers, red head/chrome etc. Rubber like tf mentioned, brown /purple/white/chartreuse /green. I have the red light and reticle. Never had an issue distinguishing the two. I'm not saying the green wouldn't be better, just no issue for me. Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk

Where the term "stuck the landing" came from. Lol. That's good footage right there ! Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk

Amazing. Crystal clear and I can identify as far as my kill light will reach. Illuminated dot is also a giant plus for me. Some nights with no snow make it hard to pickup crosshairs especially if target is moving... The reddot is perfect, I keep it on half power and have basically forgotten about crosshairs. Not sure where Ur located but if you wanted to give it a test run, lmk. The other big factor is the budget. The hoghunter is under budget for you and I think you would be satisfied within a 500yard range for distance. Finding a real nice piece for distance is gonna cost big bucks, to do it right. As far as objective size, the bell is big but I definitely think the positives outweigh the negatives. Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk

Gonna be tough to find something in the middle of long range and night hunting.... Guess it depends on how far your gonna shoot and how often you want to night hunt. I have a vortex hog hunter on my yote rig. I absolutely love it. I also do some distance shooting to 400yards. Just plinking the gong but the glass is able to get me there. By no means is it a distance setup but it gets the job done. I prob set the gong at that range maybe twice last year.... But hunted dogs prob 10+ times. Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk
