  1. Either dead or at the Chiropractor!
  2. I rutted up some areas of my property with tractor. My Farmer was going to mix up plantings in the fields this year. Talked to him 2 days ago and decided just to go with corn in all of them. Said the weather was to shitty this spring to change things up.
  3. I think that is not the right deer. These two are correct.
  4. I think I found it.
  5. It back in the day of flip phones. I have one but dont know where it is and isn't a great picture.
  6. Biggest I've laid eyes on was my neighbors daughter 219 lbs dressed deer. 330 plus pounds is enormous.
  7. This year I got the camo see through stuff and wrapped it around a couple of trees. Sat on a log a looked over here and there. Got my bird. Knowing where they roost is such a plus. Good luck.
  8. Going to replace it. Jogging my memory it happened like 5 years ago same thing. I'll let you know how it goes. Thanks all.
  9. My 2007 Tahoe won't start at times. Turn the key all gauges and lights work and I get a small click in the engine. Checked all the cables, battery and alternator fairly new. Its been fine for a few days but I just can't chance getting stuck. Auto place won't take it in cause its running fine now. Buddy of mine says its the starter and he will change it out for me. Appreciate your thoughts. First time it happened I turned the key a few times then put it on on and moved the gear shifter back and forth but that didn't work. One last try and she fired up. Weird.
  10. It's definitely harder to call downhill but he will come if hens are visible.
  11. Does 40 degree nights effect the fawns much? We have a couple in a row then it warms up! Weather is the biggest mortality rate for young ones. snow or rain with cold nights could be bad.
  12. Thanks for the likes but the Philippine photo got a lot of likes while we slept!
  13. Would love for your help to just like it on FB. Thanks https://www.facebook.com/WestPointUSMA
  14. This weekend was the International Sandhurst competition. Her company came in 16th out of 48. They were very happy. She got banged up but participated in all of the events. The guy next to her is her fist love. Yup been dating for 6 months now. Great kid from Minnesota!
  15. I was in at 5:12. First gobble 5:35 The bird I shot flew down at 5:50. After I shot it I went to get decoys. Two toms flew from the roost down the hill but one stayed. Walking out with bird he was still on roost about 50 Yards from me. The shotgun blast did not spook those birds.
  16. Went to my favorite spot. Was in at 5:12 first gobble from roost 5:35. There were actually 4 Toms roosted around me. First one flew down and started to walk towards me. At 30 yards I let him have it! Man was I excited. Had to put a stick across his neck and he was done. Going to have him mounted. Ended up being 17 lbs 8.5 inch beard and 1 inch spurs. Real beautiful bird.
  17. Good luck gang. Hope one of us connects! No wind 45 degrees!
  18. I'll leave the house at 5. Have a 10 minute walk to where I'm going to hunt. Have them on camera most mornings in that area. Hurt my back on Sunday and still is killing me so it will be a slow go but I'm going. Good luck everyone.
