If you operate a jet ski you are required. Also I believe boaters 16 & under require one. I have the PwC course it wasnt bad I think 8 hrs.

Love hunting them dank dark quiet pines. Visability is good and the deer still surprise the hell out of you with their stealthiness. -
Deer: Closest about 8ft Remington 1100. Farthest 174 yds Remington 700 308. Bow Would be 4 yards and 32 yards.

homemade no pictures. basically a pallet then PVC frame then hog fencing wrapped in a tarp. made it to look like a hay bale then put a camo tarp on it.

Got my decoys out and sat down. not two minutes later I see movement and it's the farmer. Had to stick with blind as my son was with me. This left me with little options and we ended up going fishing. Congratulations to Turkey Feathers.
