Years ago I went to a restaurant supply Co. and got a few ( not a whole set) of Russell knives, after the old time, local butcher told me about them. He had been using them for ever, They have been great. Top quality.......They kind of co$t.

I have been using plain stabile, in all my small engine stuff, for years with zero problems .....even since the 10% ethanol thing. Im a little more paranoid about my ATV's and my classic car so in them I have been using K-100 or the startron but .....who knows.

If you're not set on a Sig. give Kahr a look. They have a good selection of compact .380's, 9mm's and 40's. All excellent for conceal carry. I carry a Kahr MK40 (40 cal) that is just about the same size as my Walther PPK .380 I was looking at a polymer frame 9mm not long ago and it was sweet. I forget the model # Kahr is top quality and made in the U.S. Just a thought.

Nice cave....My brother in law just re did his cave and also used knotty pine. I love that look....Sharp!!! I had a nice cave at the old house (15 years ago) but I really cant have one in the current house unless I spend big buck$$$$$$ to redo the whole basement.

So should people not be allowed to own weapons (guns) for self protection because someone might accidentally be shot with those weapons? Welcome to the site. I hunt Portville, Just outside of Cuba. Its a great area. As far as turkeys go, they can give you fits. I have had Toms come charging into me, like they wanted to get shot, and other times I had them hang up, shut up and disappear. Stick with it and don't over call. Once a Tom answers me, and he sounds close, I generally will call to him one more tome, after about 10 seconds or so, then I shut up. If he continues to gobble, I just wait. If he has been quiet for more that about 20 minutes I do some soft clucks. This method has worked well for me over the years, but like any hunting .....who really knows?? Good luck.

Private land right near, but not bordering, the swamp. I saw the biggest buck of my life, walk across Island RD. From posted land onto the public Cicero swamp area. It was about 4 years ago, during muzzle loading season. This thing was a monster, huge rack, huge body....the whole 9. I have a friend that lives on Taft Rd. and has 25 acres that boarder the swamp. He has 2 monsters on the wall (both tens) that he took back there over the past 7 or so years. I have seen unbelievable bucks back there but haven't been able to connect .......YET. There are bruisers in that area.
