Been having good action but they're always with hens. Went out for the first couple hours this morning and sure enough..I had one answer me right off. A few minutes later I see a bird fly down and Im stoked. Then another flew down,,and another.. and another….Two toms and 4 hens. I couldn't pull them across the field. Same thing has happened to me 3 times now. I did call in a Jake on opening day. Sooner or later...

See I don't have any "inside scoop" Im going only on the video and from what I see "These so called cops" did nothing wrong. And for all of you who think its so easy to subdue a small person who doesn't want to be subdued………..Try it.

I have only seen a few but ...damn awesome!!! I was trout fishing one May and saw one hunkered down under some low hanging crap just off a foot path that ran along the creek. It was so tiny. I pretended that I never saw it so I wouldn't stress it out. Just kept walking. Less 50 yards or so down I came across a doe that just blew and stomped at me. She wouldn't leave. After a few casts I just let her have her little spot….

What???? When it come to the use of force, as it applies to Police, you have absolutely no idea what you're talking about. But thats not your fault I guess. Im sure he could have physically restrained her, but at what cost? She was no doubt resisting. If he had went full out and say broke her arm, trying to get the cuffs on her, you would say "why didn't he use the taser" and if she gouged out one of his eyes you would say he deserved it. Who ya kidding?? If after watching that video its not obvious to you what little Miss innocent was doing, and all you can do is bash the officers……….Your mind is made up.

She wasn't that close to the check point but she was right at the road. Its a safety thing. You can't see the physical altercation but it sure seems like they were wrestling around with her pretty good. Rather than continue to wrestle around and around with her and risk her or the officers getting hurt, using the taser is totally appropriate. As far as the cop getting his feelings hurt??? Some might think so but I bet most think that this was just a nasty little b!(ch looking for a fight. Some of the very first words out of her mouth were "no I don't have to". You knew where it was going from there. Hint..if a cop asks you to step back. Don't be a know it all idiot and say something like "no…what are you gonna do?" It won't go well. Hope she shows this video at her lawsuit so they can laugh her out of court.

Right. Its just like you walking up to a check point. They will tell you to stay back a certain distance and stay out of the road.

Still seeing plenty of deer wile turkey hunting but so far I have found 3 dead. By the size of the bones they were all little ones.

If they are conducting a check point they would want to keep people a certain distance away from them and the road.

it escalated that far because she wanted it to. Both officers were calm and respectful. She was intentionally rude, obnoxious and defiant. Only someone fishing for a lawsuit or a colossal A-hole would have got themselves into that situation.

Again… random check points are BS but unfortunately they are legal and therefor the little "victims" actions are completely relevant. IMHO the "victim" could not have been more obvious about what she was trying to do. Thats the story here. One time I yelled "whiplash!!!!" after my pickup was rear ended by a bicycle…….they all just laughed...

With that record I would say you are good at it….Congrats.

We can go back and forth on check points. They are BS. But unfortunately they are legal and police, can apply reasonable suspicion and probable cause to detain someone and search a vehicle. But my main point is that this little snot intentionally provoked the officers and got the video she wanted.

Reminds me of that big foot video that some people think is real.

As brutal as the winter was, I was constantly seeing deer in the fields, scratching for food, but there was always a lot of them. Since just before turkey season and as of the last time I turkey hunted (Tuesday) I have seen several deer and good deer sign every time out. I think in my little neck of the woods they did Okay.

I really have no idea.To some extent, hens cause it…I guess. But I often think of a spring season, a few years back, where I took 2 long beards, and my buddy took a third. We also called in several jakes and screwed up on two other long beards…... We didn't hear a single gobble that whole season!! Not one..we heard plenty of hens sounding off but the Toms all came in quiet. If anyone figures it out let me know!!!!

Unsafe self important crap, by people more concerned with making a video than turkey hunting IMHO. How many birds got peppered, lost or breast shot at 2 yards in the making of that way cool video?? Sorry ….Im sure its just me….
