    If the govt knows all of this why don't they shut them down.     This has been common knowledge for years. Everyone in the Hancock/Deposit area knows of Islamaberg. The head sheik is supposedly one of the founders of Jamaat al-Fuqra, a well known terrorist group. Also this Sheik Gilani is the same guy the reporter Daniel Pearl was going to see when he was abducted the later killed. But of course Gilani knows nothing about it. So yeah nice group of people our government does nothing about....probably not politically correct to do their jobs and are too busy disarming us real americans

    Hey Uncle Nikky do yourself a favor and before you join or sign anything get yourself a lawyer. Not just any lawyer but one that specializes in gas/oil leases. The guy I used is out of Elmira I believe and has represented the landowners in some of the larger deals on the southern tier. His name is Richard Gerard 212-987-9730 or 607-732-3793. The nyc number might be his cell so try the 607 thats prob his office. I think he went to school down here at Columbia and from my experience he is pretty sharp. Good luck.

    If anyone can keep us downstate guys updated on the snowfall amounts(on ground) that would be greatly appreciated. Don't want to waste a weekend stuck in cabin with 5 feet of snow cover. I'm interested in the norwich/smyrna area in chenango county.

    Yeah Hicksville alot closer to nassau/suffolk border then Smith Point Archery(Patchogue). All American Sports just south of LIE on 110 might be the place in Farmingdale mentioned previous and its right on county border.

    Yes I am the landowner and the neighbor and I share about a 20 acre field so there is plenty of room but I am working with hand tools so I tilled a small strip on field edge last year and had plenty of deer visiting but no turkey. The turkey like my other neighbors field (25 acres) because it is always cut. I'm trying to draw them over to my side because we already have a few blinds on cut field but I have all the kids hunting there because they are our best spots.

    I have a very small plot that has a clover mix that was started last summer. Was thinking about turning soil over and planting something that will attract turkeys this spring. My questions are: what do I plant? when do i plant? do I need to turn soil again? do I need to roundup again? can I get something growing by May? can I frost seed? HELP pls..

    Actually I saw plenty of deer just didn't have any luck. The last two years by me have been the best years of deer hunting ever. Bagged two last year just missed three, yes three, this year. oh well
