anyone interested in some old North American Hunting Club Books? shipped to your door free of charge...send me a PM and I’ll decide who gets them, probably a little dated and not the best info, but good reading none the less, a few cookbooks in the lot.
-
we have them down on Long Island....I've seen them a few times here and there and spoke with DEC about the regulations for hunting them, I just never got around to devoting time to it.
-
true...and I'm a little rusty on the Penal Law, but I don't believe possessing a loaded firearm in a vehicle is a stand alone violation according to the NYS Penal Law.
-
right, possession of a loaded firearm in a motor vehicle is a DEC law, not a Penal law.
-
yes, people believe that LEO's and judges have to strictly stick to the law exactly how it's written....not always the case, that's why attorneys get to argue the facts and all that good stuff that goes along with it

There are some parcels of land that the owners don't care about for one reason or another and hunting there would never be an issue, but it's still not right. I could never imagine just pulling up to a parcel of land and helping myself. I hunt State land and DEP property, and believe me those properties are well marked, so venturing off and then playing stupid wouldn't or shouldn't fly....maybe it's just me, but are there really people who think there is land out there that isn't owned by somebody?

Good decision, he’s about as ignorant as they come.

just as long as fall down drunks can still keep their guns we're all good...

maybe the dog just looked big because it was next to a really tiny person??
-
I'm willing to bet used towels and the clothes you wore all day are just as full of bacteria as a grocery bag...probably more.
-
call the cops to ask someone if their dog is a legitimate service dog??....lol.
-
I hope you wash your produce before you eat it.....the bacteria and germs on anything you buy at the store from 20 people touching it with filthy hands before it gets to you is a lot worse then any bag could ever get on it.

In Suffolk County the store keeps the 5 cent fee, it doesn't go to the State or the County......on a side note, I once had one of those plastic bags stuck in the top of one of my trees, it was there for about three years before it finally broke apart and blew away. The town I live in recently stopped taking glass with recyclables, they go in the regular trash or they have places you can bring it to and drop them off, and I certainly ain't doing that.....had a guy who would drive around on recyclable trash day and pick the bottles out and return them so at least someone was getting the 5 cent deposit, now that's not possible because they're in with the household trash.

you need to take your pants off first.

You might get your period too, I wouldn’t commit to anything yet.
