    I've never felt the need to carry any gun for bear protection in NY, more of a chance tripping over a stump and getting hurt.....although neither is ideal a few well placed shots from either would more then likely stop them. If anyone has ever seen a 9mm in action, it's far from impressive as far as stopping power.

    I would think if you told someone who spent 10 days on a grueling Mountain Goat or Bighorn Sheep hunt and kills one on the last day at 300 yards that they weren’t really hunting, they might disagree.

    Picked up a Ruger AR this afternoon after debating about getting one for a few months, now just to get some good optics for it.

    Gun ownership is the bottom of my list when it finally comes time to move out of NY, in fact I don't even thinks it's on there at all......many more important things when it comes to my overall quality of life.

    maybe more about people in general realizing that they have to go without things in order to properly raise a family...maybe do without a few things for a few years until that part of life is over....certainly not the woman's fault.

    if anyone wants to hear real country, rock or pop music they need to rewind about 25-30 years...the crap out today is so diluted you can barely tell one from the other.
