The spreader took a crap this year, need another one. It was ony 2 years old. Now this year I am going to expand, another half acre, Split into two small plots closer to the front of the property. They made it seem when they passed the law, that you could just opt out. I would use number 2, explain it in number 5. I would think of something, and then lets see if they would deny it. Then, I would get a lawyer and cause some trouble.

There are laws pertaining to what you can import into this country. From automobiles, toys, to firearms.
