My experience is that raw strength has very little to do with hitting a long ball. Or perhaps I get very weak once I hit the course. I literally need two extra clubs nowadays compared to when I played frequently. I did take one swing when loading my clubs. Didn't feel so smooth - a little tight to say the least. lol -
Playing my one annual round of golf. Not sure how a game I really enjoyed previously became such a chore. Thank God its only a scramble. Any tips TF? My primary plan is to rely on my 3 partners who are all still avid golfers.

I thought it was OK when they came to Rochester but have not driven the 20 min for a second time. If it was around the corner, I would stop by but its nothing exceptional. I do think its a business that is managed right with the customers and employees as priorities. JMHO.

That's gaming the system Biz and not permitted unless you send extra tags to me.

See if you can borrow two from friends.

I have the electronic muffs and while they amplify sound other than gun shots, they also make it hard to identify direction. -
No pressure but ME TOO!

I am really looking forward to someone taking a deer with a recurve (not me) and someone taking their first deer in the F2F program run by Culver. Anything else is just gravy this season. I will stop and grab my license and DMPs today.

Of course John.

We are staying across from Boldt so I suspect we will do the tour. No idea on pirates weekend. It was just the best time for us to go. Last time I went it was a huge Harley get together and I went with my wife on the BigDog. lol Actually quite a few compliments on the out of place chopper but I was surprised it was an HD rally.

John's car is awesome. But I did realize with my last modified vette that I rarely drove it like it was meant and knew I shouldn't when I did. I suspect John will be tracking it. I never did.

I have been doing a lot of nekid driving this summer but will be a no show in Oneida. Heading to Alex Bay next week.

Time to get supplies!

I actually like the breakfast sammys at Mcdonalds. Sausage mcmuffin and sausage mcgriddle.

And there lies the problem with high HP rockets. What's the point if you don't use it and we all know you shouldn't use on the road. lol

That's an excellent idea.

First two shots with the longbow and a broad head at 20yds. Not bad.

I looked at the crimp rollers earlier this year but the price tag was obscene. I also saw some DIY builds so maybe we should consider. We would need to plant something in the spring to keep that swallow wort out until fall planting.

We buy basic ladder stands preferably with metal seats for around $50/stand. They last a long time. Not the most comfortable, but do the job economically. If I was only hunting 2 or 3 stands, I would focus more on comfort that you get from $200 stands, but the ones we have set work fine.

with somewhere around 40 stands on the total 80-90 acres I hunt (2 parcels), they stay up all year. Moved a couple last weekend and checked the rest at one parcel. Might do the same this weekend at the other plus cut trails. Then done until Oct. 1.

with soybeans, that may be even better than a clean plot. at least the deer have to search a bit before mowing them down
